In charge of a department with a turnover of 12 M€, I designed specific offers to support our customers in increasing their performance. - Simulation & Test center : Fluid & Thermal, Mechanical and at least Manufacturing process simulation, a FEM solution able to optimize the whole performance of a product. In addition, thanks to test engineering and management background, we will be able to support you until the "final validation" : the test campaign. - Geometrical Quality Management : thanks to geometrical dimensionning and tolerancing expertise we are able to provide analysis which give consistency between product design and assembly strategy in order find a win-win solution with your customer & suppliers, and to de-risk new industrialisation. We perform also geometrical non conformity analysis to secure current production. - New Manufacturing Technology Integration : Additive manufacturing, Celular Core Technology, welding, hot forming... we help you to asses, select and integrate the most relevant technology to increase the perfomance of your product. - Hazardous Substance Management System : From regulatory survey, data collection, to supply chain risk assessment, a whole transverse approach to optimize the management of the hazardous substances in your product, processes and sites.
