- Order management of PSA Group & Daimler - Mercedes & Volkswagen & Toyota Europe. - Following raw material procurement process and ensuring the materials availability on time at factory by taking into consideration changing customer demands - Coordinating and leading high volume of production in order to secure customer satisfaction by taking necessary actions in advance. - Optimization of stocks and avoiding inactive raw material procurements via analyzing changing customer demands and operating weekly MPS. - Organization and optimization of daily shipments according to dynamic customer needs by taking into account customer based weekly production plans. - Attending daily & weekly customer meetings as a constant customer contact and providing necessary information by using customer portals actively.
- Following up and organizing all processes of Railway & Marine & Renewable Energy projects from order entry into SAP system to shipment to customer - Creating monthly sales plans of company by taking into account deadlines demanded by customers and payments situations. (Approximately 4.000 tons per month) - Organizing production and shipment of a large tonnage of 1.200 tons per month for railway, marine and renewable energy projects within the deadlines required by the customer. - Coordinating & planning the production, quality and logistic teams by organizing weekly S&OP meetings in order to meet customer demands and avoid any delay. - Reviewing the project details and preparing & offering quotations for Railway, Marine and Renewable Energy projects and revising these offers periodically depending on changing costs. - Following monthly sales targets and customer service level day by day and taking necessary actions.
- Organizing the correct entry of customer orders into the system through ERP program - Performing cost analyzes and following updates on sales prices - Dynamically controlling the inventory levels of the products related to the orders and managing the critical stock levels - Creation of production plans of products related to customer orders and following up production processes - Organizing the shipment of the products based on the order deadlines and following the process until the delivery of the products to the customer - Periodically monitoring the satisfaction and complaints of existing customers and carrying out continuous improvement studies. - Directing and following new customer acquisition efforts in accordance with new customer selection and evaluation procedures.
- Team management in crisis and the ability to make the right decisions under stress. - Active use of radar, navigation, satellite communication and command control systems and devices.
