As a Senior Director Research Fellow at Procter & Gamble, I lead the modeling and simulation of performance, health and safety, manufacturing, and consumer acceptance of consumer products. With more than 25 years of experience in research and development, I have developed expertise in molecular modeling, classical and statistical thermodynamics, statistical analysis, AI, machine learning, and text analytics. I am passionate about applying innovative technologies and methods to enhance the quality, sustainability, and value of P&G's products and brands. I have proficiency in various software and tools, such as Matlab, R, Python, JMP, Material Studio, Gromacs, LAMMPS, and Windows, Linux, and mac OS. I have also experience in robotics and automation. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the globe to execute complex and impactful programs. I am a member of the Belgian Mathematical Society and a co-author of multiple patents and publications.
