I work across digital assets, fintech, market infrastructure, and go-to-market strategy. My background combines senior marketing and growth roles with recent advisory work on stablecoins, tokenization, custody, RWA, market entry, and regulated fintech positioning. I have led marketing at Stablex, backed by Akbank, and brand marketing at BtcTurk PRO, contributing to the growth and positioning of two of Türkiye’s leading crypto trading platforms. Today, my work focuses on helping fintech and digital asset teams clarify their market position, buyer language, GTM structure, and commercial narrative. This includes work across stablecoin operating models, tokenized asset propositions, custody-related models, cross-border market development, and institutional market infrastructure. Recent work includes B2B GTM and marketing operating model development for stablecoin-enabled treasury workflows, including ICP definition, messaging, funnel design, sales handoff, reporting cadence, and marketing-sales-compliance alignment. The common thread is simple: digital asset products do not scale only because the technology works. They need clear positioning, trusted communication, the right target market, and an operating model that makes sense for institutions, partners, and commercial teams. Hype fades. Habit scales.

Provided independent GTM and strategy support to fintech and digital asset teams across market positioning, expansion planning, executive communication, and commercial readiness. Worked on product messaging, market research, and buyer-language development for exchanges, tokenized asset platforms, custody-related models, and infrastructure-focused initiatives. Supported commercial framing across stablecoin use cases, cross-border expansion topics, and early-stage GTM planning.
Led the national go-to-market launch of Stablex, a regulated crypto exchange backed by Akbank / Ak Yatırım. Managed multi-million USD marketing budgets and led a 12-person cross-functional marketing and growth team. Delivered PR, influencer, digital acquisition, content, partnerships, and multi-channel GTM programs to support user growth, market traction, and brand visibility. Worked closely with compliance, legal, banking, product, and executive teams to align brand communication and market approach with regulatory expectations. Supported the acquisition phase by helping shape commercial narrative, sale-supporting materials, market credibility, and institutional readiness.
Built and executed full-funnel growth systems across acquisition, activation, and retention, helping support BtcTurk PRO’s growth from 900K to 5M+ users. Led brand, content, social, creative, and growth activities while managing a $5M+ annual marketing budget during a high-growth crypto market period. Designed and delivered national brand, influencer, PR, sponsorship, and community programs to strengthen BtcTurk PRO’s position as one of Türkiye’s leading professional trading platforms. Represented the brand in AMAs, panels, community sessions, and industry events. Recognized with the Insider LIFT Award in 2021 for high mobile engagement performance through data-driven growth and retention work.
