Main scope: - organization and management of agile ceremonies (sprint plan, backlog refinement, ...) - management for the team of the relation for internal (PM, sponsor, ...) and external stakeholder - definition and management of the backlog Objectives of my role: - to assure mvp for customers business needs - to address the main functional decision at product level - to improve the quality of the the software solution
