As a part of the group's effort to increase sales efficiency in all markets I led various projects while reporting to the Global Chief Sales Officer. - Managed evaluation, testing, purchase and initial implementation of a conversation intelligence solution Gong. The goal was to enable both local and global sales management to evaluate sales pitch execution of the reps, and increase team leaders' and QA teams' coaching capabilities. - Acted as a consultant to global BI and RevOps teams regarding sales dashboards, and ensured their alignment to the new objectives. - Led several machine learning projects to set up workflows in Hubspot based on estimated likelihood of upsell & cross-sell of particular products to existing customers. - Assisted the CSO in planning for standardizing the sales process in all major markets, by conducting interviews with local sales management and team members.
Following the acquision of a new business unit, I moved to Italy to support the new management in establishing Finance, BI and Operations functions while expanding the existing Project Management department. - Built a new finance department, aligning processes with global accounting and FP&A standards. - Directed quarterly revenue forecasting and budgeting processes for the entire business unit covering all markets. - Established a BI team and delivered dashboards for all commercial areas across Italy, Spain, Brazil, and Mexico. - Created an operations team, oversaw migration of sales operations to HubSpot, and expanded capabilities by leading development of a custom CRM add-on. - Led project management team as global dotted-line, oversaw expansion of the team to all markets and developed new processes to measure and reduce deployment duration.

I was a consultant for local independent filmmakers that sought support of producers from other countries and applied to funds to finance their films. - Managed the application processes to international funds that support independent filmmakers. - Led the effort in connecting local filmmakers with producers around the world. - Oversaw the translation and creation of the written material that will be used to make a pitch to producers and eventually used in the application process. - Reviewed and revised the budgets.
