Since 2006, I have been helping industrial organizations strengthen their safety performance and culture. My work focuses on aligning leadership, systems, and daily behaviors to build workplaces where people thrive, not just comply. I help companies to make their safety operations and paperwork more efficient, digitize their health & safety process and increase labor efficiency. I work to increase the supportive safety related behaviors of managers, and decrease the at-risk behaviors of frontline employees. I also help industry to run their organizational safety initiatives more smoothly.
Since 2015, I have been working with DEKRA as a Senior Consultant, supporting organizations in strengthening safety culture, leadership capability, and organizational safety performance. My work focuses on helping leaders and teams improve the way safety is understood, discussed, and managed in day-to-day operations through consulting, facilitation, coaching, and practical implementation support.
Thanks to be trained by DEKRA's senior consultants, I delivered projects for the industry as a consultant. I support companies that wish to achieve excellence in health & safety. I work with them in implementing behavioural processes, developing the leadership teams in safety, assessing the organisational culture, and cultural change initiatives. I also developed partnerships for Donusen Adam, manage the relations with those international consulting, training and software companies as well as qualification organisations. Promoting those products/solutions to Turkish market was also one of my main responsibilities in the company.
