I started my software career at BilgeAdam Technology in 2019 and quickly advanced to a Team Leader position. I worked on various projects, mainly in Human Capital Management (HCM), taking on both managerial and development responsibilities. I also contributed to Trendyol’s human resources transformation project, focusing on process analysis and development. In 2024, I joined Turkish Technology, where I took part in the TMS transformation project. My work mainly focused on improving course and trainee management processes, modernizing the system, and enhancing operational efficiency. I have experience with .NET, React, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions, and I actively contribute to analysis, design, and integration processes in software development.
