I have experience in designing and manufacturing special function machines in the plastic industry. I have designed blown film manufacturing machines, as well as various types of bag making machines such as those for glued patch handle, loop handle, courier bags, security bags, hygiene bags, vacuum bags, and document pouches. I also have experience in film printing and slitter machines. Additionally, I have organized production management for these machines. Furthermore, I have expertise in plastic injection parts design, industrial product design, and medical product design in the plastic industry. I have been involved in the process of designing and developing products from concept to finalization. I possess knowledge in electronic control systems for mechanical systems and industrial products, ensuring compatibility between machine mechanics and PLC algorithms, as well as applications of servo motors and servo drives for motion control. I have been actively involved in new project development, mass production preparations, and the initial phases of project implementation. I have hands-on experience with CAD/CAM software and have utilized hydraulic and pneumatic systems, integrating them into special systems. I am also experienced in tolerancing in machine manufacturing and designing machine power systems. In addition to my technical expertise, I have worked on certifications such as CE, ISO 13485, ISO 9001, ISO 14971, and ERP system installations. I have prepared numerous TUBITAK 1501 projects and have demonstrated skills in product and system design. Overall, I have more than twenty years of experience in these fields. Uygulamalı Cad/Cam yazılım deneyimim var. Hidrolik ve elektro pnomatik sistemlerin kullanımı tasarımı özel sistemlere entegre edilmesi vb. konularda da tecrübeliyim. Makina imalatında toleranslandırma, tüm makina elemanlarının kullanımı, makina güç sistemleri tasarımı uzmanlık alanım. CE, ISO 13485 belgelendirme, İSO 9001, İSO 14971, ERP sistem kurulumu çalışmalarında bulundum. TÜBİTAK 1501 projeleri hazırladım.
Improvements in existing products and new product studies were carried out in the company. Alternative electronic card suppliers have been created for all electronically controlled products. Technical documentation structure has been prepared for all semi-finished and purchased materials. Documentation studies were carried out for technical procurement. During the first three years of my employment, up to a third of the current production capacity was provided for the design and molding of plastic parts. Improvement revisions have been made for hundreds of parts. More than 240 plastic injection parts were designed, molded and production recipes prepared. The basic requirements of the labeling and graphic design departments have been met for the development of the company's marketing departmant. Three changes were made to match the stock codes of the mechanical drawings. Change accounting and stock tracking program was applied twice in Mikro and once for Canias EPP system. In order to shorten production times, various assembly and test apparatuses were produced.
Hijyen dispenserleri ve kokulandırma difüzörleri üreten firmada, mevcut ürünlerde iyileştirme ve yeni ürün çalışmaları yaptırılmıştır. Elektronik olarak kontrol edilen ürünlerin tümünde alternatif elektronik kart tedarikçileri yaratılmıştır. Tüm yarı mamül ve satın alınan malzemeler için teknik dokümantasyon yapısı hazırlanmıştır. Teknik satın alma için dokümantasyon çalışmaları yapılmıştır. Çalışma süremin ilk üç yılı boyunca mevcut üretim kapasitesinin üçte bir kadar plastik parça tasarımı ve kalıplanması sağlanmıştır. Yüzlerce parça için ise iyileştirme revizyonları uygulanılmıştır.

Plastik ambalaj - poşet makinaları üretimi yapan firmanın mekanik tasarım projelerinin geliştirilmesi uygulanması, ve üretiminin sağlanması çalışması yapılmıştır. Yeni mekanik projeler firma içinde uygulanmıştır. Mevcut mekanik projelerin geliştirme çalışmalarında bulunulmuştur. Teknik malzeme listelerinin oluşturulması sağlanmıştır. Firma içinde Vakum torba, Takviyeli torba, Atlet poşet, Kargo zarfı, Kağıt üstüne lamineli PE eldiven, PE Ekstrüder, Matbaa Makinası gibi birçok projelerin mekanik tasarımı ar-ge sistematiği ile dokümante edilerek gerçekleştirilmiş ve imalatı sonuçlandırılmıştır. Firma bünyesinde iki adet Teydep 1507 projesi çalışması yapılmıştır.
Work has been done on the development, implementation and production of mechanical design projects of the company that produces plastic packaging - bag machines. New mechanical projects were implemented within the company. Existing mechanical projects have been developed. Technical material lists were created. The mechanical design of many projects such as Vacuum bag, Glued patch handle bag, T-shirt bag, Courier and security bag, Laminated PE gloves on paper, multi-layer PE Extruder, Printing Machine within the company have been documented with R & D systematics than the production has been finalized. Two Teydep 1507 project were carried out within the company.
Research and development projects were carried out in the current project of the company that produces medical devices. Worked on the development of new projects. Process improvement projects were carried out in production. Industrial design modeling projects were carried out and presented to senior management. Prototype modeling projects were carried out for Plastic Injection Parts. Rapid Prototype models were made; tests and controls were made and reported.
