Climate risk is no longer a reporting topic. It is a financial and strategic discipline. As Product Director at InnoEM, I designed and led the development of ESG and climate risk systems built from the ground up. These systems integrate ISO 14064 and GHG Protocol-aligned Scope 1-2-3 carbon accounting frameworks together with broader sustainability reporting architectures aligned with GRI, TSRS and IFRS S1-S2 requirements. Beyond carbon accounting, the platform enables organizations to define, monitor and manage ESG KPIs through a structured performance management architecture. Sustainability metrics are continuously tracked within a unified data model designed for consistency, auditability and regulatory alignment. The system also incorporates structured automation mechanisms to support sustainability reporting processes. By combining standardized ESG data models with controlled narrative generation workflows, we enable organizations to produce comprehensive sustainability reports while preserving methodological integrity and governance oversight. The carbon and ESG infrastructure I architected is structured for audit-readiness, regulatory alignment and investor-grade disclosure. The Scope 1-2-3 system is currently undergoing independent validation processes to ensure methodological robustness and compliance with recognized standards. I lead both the methodological architecture and the product development process, overseeing the integration of climate risk modeling, carbon accounting logic and reporting automation into scalable digital systems. The objective is to build durable ESG infrastructures that support long-term strategic decision-making rather than one-off reporting exercises.
