Setting up the midterm strategy and prioritizing ops projects for 2016 in respective markets. 4. CBM: Improving the weekly and 8weeks forecasting, member of the content council in order to drive email content ideas, supporting the CBM strategy definition in AT/CH, analysis of reactivation and winback campaigns, a/b testing. 5. Brand Marketing: Setting up the midterm Brand Strategy for Austria/Switzerland, based on various customer insights of focus groups, quantitative studies and customer analytics. 6. Merchandising: Weekly Order Forecast on Country and Commodity Group Level, setting up reporting and communication streams within the team, central analytical planning support to the country merchandisers, performance analysis of campaigns, risk management Venture Developer Zalon for the markets AT/CH
