I am a PhD-qualified Child and Family Social Work professional with over 30 years of experience in social welfare, community development, public health, and humanitarian services. My work has focused on improving the well-being of children, families, and vulnerable communities through evidence-based practice, policy implementation, research, and community engagement. My expertise includes child and family social work, public health epidemiology, disease surveillance, community mobilisation, social protection, psychosocial support, gender and social inclusion, alcoholism and drug addiction, and programme management. I have held leadership positions within the Enugu State Government and currently lecture postgraduate students in Community Organisation, Community Mobilisation, Alcoholism, and Drug Addiction. I am passionate about advancing child welfare, strengthening families, promoting social justice, mentoring future professionals, and conducting research that informs policy and practice.
