I like taking on challenges that excite me and have a positive impact. I am interested in autonomous mobile robotics, 3D perception, computer architecture, and VLSI. Check out my website at https://adigupta.me
Working under the Horizon Manufacturing Technologies branch on advanced computer vision and robot localization challenges in the context of industrial additive manufacturing of metal components.
Designing and maintaining sophisticated codebases. Collaborating with engineers across disciplines to design robust and performant AUVs to compete in Robosub.
Developing AUVs for an international competition. Worked on advancing autonomous behavior through finite state machines and improving functionality of monitoring interfaces. Created realistic underwater environments in Nvidia Isaac Sim for computer vision model evaluation.
NSA managed project to design, prototype, and validate secure communication systems using hardware based cryptography and spread spectrum protocols to reduce probability of intercept and jamming. Final designs will be tested by US Cyber Command for use in the field.
Mentoring industry sponsored senior capstone project teams in robotic systems, advanced perception, digital architecture, and more. Current projects include multi camera motion capture, 3D mmWave radar systems, and motion systems for photolithography devices.
Helping teach 100+ graduate and undergraduate students ROS2 and computer vision concepts. Developed new projects, guides, and rubrics to improve course curriculum.
Won 8th place overall in the 2025 MITRE eCTF. Developing and reverse engineering secure embedded systems.
