Conducted manual and automated calibrations and testing of Wire/Ball-Bonder machinery, ensuring precision and adherence to specifications. • Proficient in wire threading, standard bonding, and troubleshooting machine errors to minimize production downtime. • Analyzed test results to maintain desired quality and specifications, optimizing production output through precise adjustments and calibrations. • Collaborated with team members to assemble Thermo-Compression Bonders (weighing between 5-10 tonnes) through Modular Integration, ensuring alignment and functionality of electronic and mechanical modules. • Expertise in cable routing (roughly 500 cables per machine), facility connections, and efficient machine assembly sequencing, contributing to timely project completion and delivery. • Utilized a wide range of tools and precision instruments to operate and maintain machinery effectively.
