I joined Zapier as the founding member of the Revenue Enablement team and built it from the ground up. Over the past three years I've scaled enablement to support a 7× growth in our GTM org, cut new-hire ramp time in half, and rolled out MEDDPIC and Command of the Message across the full revenue org. One of my favorite things I've built here: AI-powered coaching workflows using Zapier automation that took weekly rep coaching from zero to 5×, with real-time deal risk surfacing and in-the-moment feedback. Three promotions later, I now lead a team of three and own the full enablement strategy, reporting directly to our Chief Sales Officer.
Helped to scale the sales enablement program at Convoy, deploying our LMS, redesigning onboarding, and leading the rollout of our core sales methodology across all selling functions. The result: 15% pipeline growth and a 10% revenue lift in FY21. Also helped produce several major SKO for 200+ attendees.
Built the Revenue and CX Enablement function from zero at Postmates during one of the most exciting (and chaotic) periods in the company's history, right through the Uber acquisition. Grew the team from 0 to 3, reduced time-to-first-deal by 28%, and stood up the organization's first scalable learning infrastructure.

• Facilitated new hire onboarding, sales, and leadership development classes across the state of Tennessee by utilizing both in person and virtual classroom mediums. • Analyzed our training processes and results to create efficiencies in scheduling, class size and retention. Because of this I was able to increase the number of training classes per month with less employee turnover. • Compiled data across several platforms to better equip our field to speak to team members about training. This data led to an increase in class enrollments, sales, and employee satisfaction.
