I have extensive and practical experience across the full spectrum of Piping Engineering ( onshore and offshore), covering concept development, basic and detailed design, and execution for oil, gas, petrochemical, and refinery projects. My background includes developing piping layouts, material specifications, line class design, isometrics, and 3D models, ensuring that all piping requirements are accurately translated into safe, maintainable, and cost effective designs. I have led multidisciplinary piping design activities and coordinated engineering inputs from structural, mechanical, civil, safety, electrical, and instrumentation teams to maintain full alignment throughout the project lifecycle. My experience includes establishing new projects in PDMS/E3D, creating complete 3D piping models, and generating all related 2D deliverables—including isometric drawings, piping plans, support details, construction packages, and as built documentation—using PDMS, E3D, AutoCAD, and related drafting tools. In addition to design work, I conduct technical discussions with vendors, prepare piping material specifications, issue technical inquiries, evaluate offers, and manage vendor documentation to ensure compliance with project and industry standards. I support project management by contributing to cost estimation, planning, and progress monitoring, ensuring that piping deliverables meet the defined scope, budget, and schedule. During construction, I coordinate closely with site teams, provide clarifications, resolve technical issues, and support installation activities until mechanical completion. I also assist during pre commissioning and commissioning to ensure correct installation, system readiness, and full compliance with all piping and safety requirements. My technical foundation includes strong knowledge of piping design, piping stress considerations, pump and equipment connectivity, and international design codes such as ASME, API, ASTM, DIN, BS, DNV, and NORSOK. I am fully capable of producing both 2D and 3D piping designs for small to medium sized installations and have extensive experience in preparing technical documentation, tender packages, and construction deliverables.

In addition, the project covers the design services of auxiliary units that will meet the steam, electric power, water etc. required for sulphuric acid production. Buhara Power Plant will be dismantled from turkey and will be installed In Uzbekistan. Related engines and turbines area will be relocated and utilities are new plant.
PARS OIL AND GAS COMPANY intends to install an International Export & Import oil terminal with storage capacity of 10,000,000 BBL in 60km of North west of Jask, in order to export and import of Iranian crude oil (heavy & light) and condensate. Supervision of the Hire Desk resources and functions within the depot on a day-to-day basis. Lead and motivate the office team. Hire Agreements are complete with all information & required documentations. Resources and workload are managed effectively within the team. Oversee and share of chairing of the daily Operations Call. Ensure standards and processes are followed. Ensure that Agreements and allocations are created/entered in a timely and accurate manner. Oversee the accurate reporting on a weekly and monthly basis for Flash, Weekly & Monthly Income Statements. Monitor and coordinate Purchase Order expiry dates, renewals and Cash in Advance balance status. Monitor and coordinate the on time invoicing for all agreements.
