I am a senior software engineer at Google Home and Health Infrastructure team. I joined Google in 2015. During my time at Google, I have been working on Play App Serving and Play Integrity teams too. I am a full stack engineer. Before joining Google, I completed my Ph.D. studies on Graph Theory and Bioinformatics at Imperial College London. I continued my research on these subjects with post-doctoral studies in University of California, Irvine. For a complete list of publications from my studies, you can check my Google Scholar profile: https://scholar.google.co.uk/citations?user=XsXCKu4AAAAJ&hl=en
I worked on the graph theory research project of Athina Markopoulou, Carter Butts and Natasa Przulj that is funded by NSF Award 1028394, "CDI-Type II: Local Topology and Function of Computer, Social, & Biological Networks" (http://www.nsf.gov/awardsearch/showAward.do?AwardNumber=1028394)
I contributed to several projects on graph theory during my Ph.D. studies at Imperial College London. My most important accomplishment during these studies is the development of the network comparison tool called Graphlet Correlation Distance. These studies were funded by a very competitive overseas student scholarship of the Department of Computing, Imperial College London and also by the ERC Starting Independent Researcher Grant of my supervisor, Prof. Natasa Przulj.
