I’m Omer Mubeen, Chairman & Founder of the Pakistan eCommerce Association (PEA), Group CEO of Deployers, Founder of Delogics.org, and the visionary behind the Global Digital Awards (GDA). As a passionate advocate for Pakistan’s digital economy, I’ve been actively involved in policy advocacy, youth development, and international collaborations to strengthen Pakistan’s presence in the global eCommerce and technology landscape. In 2025, I proudly partnered with the Prime Minister Youth Program (PMYP) as a Strategic Partner to launch multiple youth development and digital empowerment initiatives across Pakistan. Through international collaborations, I’ve represented Pakistan as a speaker and delegation leader at global platforms such as Tech Week Asia – Singapore, and I’m driving long-term partnerships with Ecommerce Expo London (2026) and CloserStill Media (till 2027) as a strategic partner for the Ecommerce Expo Singapore. Under my leadership, PEA has become the largest unified voice for Pakistan’s eCommerce ecosystem — connecting businesses, startups, freelancers, and industry leaders both locally and internationally. At Deployers, I lead a diversified group specializing in technology, performance marketing, and business transformation, while Delogics.org continues to deliver innovative tech and automation solutions. With Global Digital Awards, I’ve created Pakistan’s first international recognition platform celebrating digital innovation, entrepreneurship, and excellence — bridging local talent with global opportunities. Recognized with honors such as Best Head of eCommerce in Pakistan and Business Excellence Awards, my mission remains clear — to build global bridges, empower young entrepreneurs, and accelerate Pakistan’s digital transformation.
