The goal of the project is to promote the value of women and assert their rights. The strategy was to design an engaging awareness program that would spark meaningful dialogues among women to promote change. My responsibilities: Content Analysis: Content was the core of our outreach program, i.e. the knowledge and ideas that would empower women to stand up for their rights. I engaged in thorough content analysis, resource vetting, and research to ensure that the program was not only informative but also sensitive and culturally relevant to women in Sudan. Board Game Design: To facilitate learning and encourage interactive discussions, we have chosen to complement our program with a specially designed board game. Crafting this game requires creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the complexities of gender equality. The game is designed to teach an essential factor, e.g. the analysis of society's formulations of women, and to empower players with knowledge and analysis tools to help them promote dialogue and understanding. Players navigate real-life scenarios, confront prejudices, and explore diverse aspects of gender equality.

My mission was to design and implement a program to enhance the art of negotiation and dialogue and enrich it with critical thinking tools for young people My responsibilities: Program Design: Formulate a comprehensive program and conceptualize an integrated approach that combines play and simulation principles, robust content and research-based methodologies, and a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation system. Research Methodology Design: To ensure the relevance and effectiveness of the simulation game, I designed a rigorous research methodology. This included surveys, interviews and data collection methods. Content Analysis: Design scenarios, challenges, and decision points that reflect real-world negotiation scenarios. I have thoroughly analyzed and curated this content to ensure that it is not only educational, but also inspires critical thinking and empathy. Simulation Game Design: Designing board games was a rigorous process that required creativity and technical precision to translate complex negotiation concepts into an engaging interactive format. Production Oversight: Attention to detail was paramount as we moved from concept to reality. She oversaw every aspect of production, making sure that the board game was not only useful, but also easy to use and visually appealing. Training of Trainers (TOT): Our initiative extends beyond the game; It included the training of facilitators who will guide the participants through the programme. I have conducted Training of Trainers (TOT) sessions to equip our facilitators with the skills to maximize the impact of our training. Design and Monitoring of the Monitoring and Evaluation System: Establishing a robust monitoring and evaluation system was pivotal to measuring the success of the project. I designed this system, making sure it captures critical data, tracks progress, and provides valuable insights for continuous improvement.
