Berlin, Berlin, Germany
I work at the intersection of built environment delivery and strategic development — translating complex infrastructure and urban projects into partnerships, market opportunities, and commercial outcomes. Over 17+ years, I’ve led infrastructure and urban development projects across Europe and the Middle East — from national masterplans to climate-tech product commercialisation. What I bring that’s relatively uncommon: I understand how projects are actually delivered — the technical, political, and stakeholder complexity — and can translate that into commercial strategy and partnerships. This tends to be most valuable in organisations where delivery and business development need to operate as one system. Based in Berlin, focused on senior roles across strategic development, partnerships, and market expansion in the built environment and climate tech.
Led end-to-end delivery of large-scale masterplans as Project Director, responsible for strategy, client engagement, and multidisciplinary design coordination.
Independent practice advising public authorities, infrastructure owners, and private developers on strategic development, masterplanning, and investment across international markets.
Scaled the built environment business unit within a climate-tech startup, leading go-to-market, partnerships, and early commercial traction.
Established and led an internal strategy and growth unit, shaping market positioning and business development across a global engineering consultancy.
Led strategic planning, design scenario analyses and project coordination across major masterplan commissions.
