• Exploratory testing for MENA Mobilex apps features to ensure the journey meets business requirements. • Performing accessibility testing to meets HSBC accessibility standards (AA WCAG2). • Use of Jira/Confluence as a management software to track the testing outcome, defects and queries. • Daily communication with developers, test leads and business analysts. • Testing the Mobilex app on different versions in Android and iOS devices. • Creating and manipulating data to cover all test scenarios. • Managing test devices as part of the Kit team. • Challenging the requirements to ensure the highest quality is maintained.
Responsibilities • Writing test scripts based on documentation. • Executing manual test scripts on desktop browsers, mobile and tablet devices whilst using management tools HP Quality Centre and Jira. • Regression and exploratory testing on various devices, platforms, operation systems and software versions. • Supporting release from UAT to live proving and live using agile methodologies. • Communicating with stakeholders, producing EOD reports, and providing timescales for defect fixes. • Liaising with different off-shore teams around the world to help with projects for HSBC. • Worked on ten global projects for the UK and Middle East countries. • Reviewing and raising any issues with Arabic documentation. • Coordinating between testers and business analysts to ensure the Arabic copy meets business requirements.
• Conducted applied science research activities including; analysis, design, development and testing of mechanical systems. • Provided engineering solutions, conducted studies and provided consultancy for mechanical systems. • Made recommendations and prepared scientific and technical reports for bodies involved. • Prepared all relevant documentation required.
