• I took charge of the deployment processes collaborating with IT teams, business units, and key stakeholders. • Streamlined legacy applications, and helped roll out global solutions. I coordinated activities around Workflow application, including Release Management, User Acceptance Testing, Deployment, and Hypercare, all in collaboration with the Value Realization Team and Development team. We successfully achieved Industry 4.0 Workflow Digitalization, which led to effective reporting for work centers and a reduction in manual tasks. Successfully led spin-off activities for medical plants by facilitating decision-making on dispositions, coordinating the clone & go process, migrating applications, and providing support as outlined in the Transitional Service Agreement.
• I supervised two direct reports and took the lead on optimizing application deployments to ensure they aligned with IT priorities. • I kept the lights on for all applications in the Eastern and Northern Europe region, making sure our application portfolio was always up to date. • Successfully completed and coordinated screening activities for all new applications and third-party software. This involved assessments, reviews from the Architecture Team, and updates to knowledge base. I also led risk mitigation efforts for the main datacenter in the region and wrapped up a cloud migration project, collaborated with cross-functional teams to achieve company-wide goals.

• Supervised a team of 5 direct reports, along with outsourced SAP-DCO teams and a development team for MES system support. I reported hierarchically to the General Manager and functionally to the EMEA IT/IS Manager, overseeing operations for 6 plants and the headquarters. • Managed the budget, service management, end-user and on-site support, handling network and WAN issues, running the Helpdesk. Oversaw procurement to align with business needs. • Implemented E-Invoice and E-Bookkeeping, successfully integrating IT infrastructure and systems following the acquisition of a new company. Managed the ISO27001 certification process. I also supervised the EBA Workflow Management System upgrade, deployed IT Helpdesk services in Turkey, completed ERP upgrade and ensured that IT governance was aligned with IT Shared Services in Poland. Additionally, I coordinated an infrastructure upgrade that significantly enhanced operational efficiency and data security.

• Responsible for IT Security, System and Network Services and management of IBM outsourced team (6 members including IT network, server, Helpdesk teams) • Coordinated IT Procurement and IT support services agreement aligned with business needs. • Key Accomplishments: Achieved network Security project, Second Firewall implementation, Firewall and LN upgrade, Implemented ITIL compliant outsourced Software for increasing efficiency of onsite support and helpdesk teams in line with Danone's group standards, successfully coordinated VOIP project in Danone Turkey.
• Managed a team of 3 people • Key Accomplisments: Responsible for Mail services on Qmail (on Solaris, Gentoo, FreeBSD OS's) 1.000.000 customers, Security services and DNS services, NetApp Storage Administration to keep user's mailboxes management efficiently with high speed. Implemented open source mailing solution, cluster based openldap, Spam , Antivirus tools integrated into mail system to prevent intrusions to end users’ mailboxes.
