- Routine and Quarterly health check, backup and data configuration for PS nodes. - Troubleshoot subscriber’s complaints and managing the all incidents that related to the Packet Core network domain. - Onsite support and hardware replacement for faulty network elements. - CSR Management, RCA and finding permanent solution. - New Node Acceptance and Release Management. - Implementing the planned network change as well preventive and corrective maintenance. - Meet the Contractual KPIs target-Cascade Core KPIs based on errors and cause values. - Implement and troubleshoot of PS offers and Solutions (APN solution’s, Header Enrichment, BWM offers, etc.……) in both UPCF and PGW. - Liaises closely with internal customers and stake holders to ensure that planned outages to the network minimize the risk of destabilization to the business. - Ensure compliance with all policies & regulatory required on Information Security, Cybersecurity, internal process and flow.
Performs new Packet Core projects implementation. - Migrated whole network traffic from legacy PCRF to Cloud PCRF. - Migrated whole network traffic from legacy UGW to Cloud UGW - Excellent knowledge of NFVI and 5G. Design and Implement of Complex PS offers and Solutions (APN solution’s, Header Enrichment, BWM offers, etc.……) in both vSAPC and vUGWs. Deep Knowledge in DPI function and features in UGW (l3/4 l7 filtering/BWM rules/HE/QoS Control) PS core new projects control and Integration (vUGW/vUSN/vSAPC/vMSE) Multi-vendor PS Core Design/Integration for vUSN, vUGW , vSAPC, Radius, DNS, VoLTE, ePDG. Hands on experience in 2G, 3G and 4G configuration. New Technology Knowledge (5G, CUPS for EPC) Design/Integrate new marketing and corporate solutions. Working in Huawei Radio network optimization team as 2G optimization engineer (ZTE equipment) for MTN MS project. KPI's Monitoring and enhancement, perform Capacity dimensioning and necessary expansion plans, perform drive test benchmarking for the main cities with required reports and 2G/3G Frequency planning for all new sites, expansions and Retunes.
