Develop and implement the project’s BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in alignment with ISO 19650 standards. Coordinate BIM processes across all design disciplines to ensure model integrity and consistency. Manage the Common Data Environment (CDE) and ensure proper data exchange and version control. Oversee model quality control, clash detection, and compliance with project standards. Support project teams in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM authoring and coordination tools. Facilitate collaboration between architects, engineers, and clients through model-based reviews. Provide BIM training, mentoring, and technical support to design teams. Ensure proper documentation, model submission, and deliverables meet client and PWA/Qatar standards. Lead coordination meetings and produce federated models for design reviews. Liaise with the client’s BIM representatives to ensure alignment of requirements and deliverables. Continuously improve BIM workflows and recommend innovative digital practices.
