Working as an Architect on the management of high quality fast track fit out projects for franchised F&B, retail, and commercial projects, reporting directly to the company's projects manager. - Holding meetings with client's representatives, design teams, and consultants to identify projects objectives, time schedule and budget; . - Supporting and verifying the preparation of SOW & BOQ documents. - Preparing projects execution schedules and updating it throughout the project's execution phases. - Preparing/Approving and presenting construction, shop & as built drawings to clients using design aided software (AutoCad / Revit / Photoshop);. - Performing daily site visits to supervise work progress for multiple projects from start to finish to ensure the best execution quality and timely hand-over. - Going into minute technical details of execution of different architectural and MEP works. - Communicating and coordinating directly with multiple sub-contractors , and supervising the work of their teams on site; - conducting factory visits to ensure the quality of any delivered custom made products. * Working as a tenant fit out coordinator at Dana mall, Kinan company, (Savola group); 1- Taking over all the tenant coordination tasks on site as Client representative, reporting to Dana mall expansion project manager and tenant coordination senior at Kinan’s HQ 2- Inspect shell and core premises, Verify accuracy of As –Built provisions, and follow up with necessary actions to fulfill landlord’s obligation of unit’s physical hand over ; 3- To Convene and conduct Kick off and follow up meetings with the tenant representatives to manage and facilitate the entire design and fitting out process. 4- Managing the review and approval processes of all tenants Arch and MEP drawings Submittals (direct interface with tenant design team) 5- Daily monitoring of site progress, quality and safety throughout the fitting out phase assuring that all works are done according to Kinan’s standards and as per the submitted drawings. 6- Documenting all processes within a tenant fit out folders for official recordings of all proceedings on site And prepare Weekly reports for tenant coordination seniors 7- Contributing in the update of Kinan's (Fit-out manual) for newly opened shopping malls. *Site Architect (Snagging committee) - Cristal Housing Project Leading the architectural snagging of 68 residential buildings for the project’s preliminary hand-over accompanied by the client and contractor representatives throughout the exercise reporting to the consultant Project manager. * Office Design work; - Contributing effectively in the architectural design & drawings coordination of big scale commercial - projects (Dana mall expansion / Cristal Mess hall). - Dealing With the Royal commission of Yanbu’ for project's drawings submittal and approval. - Designing and Preparing tendering and details drawings packages for (4) retail projects , as well as - preparing 3D shots for multiple exterior and interior projects.
