A native Angeleno, I am fortunate to have grown up around the rich cultural mixtures of my city! It was through working with and for my community that I came to love serving people in an organizational capacity - this passion led me to enlist in the United States Marine Corps where I was Platoon Sergeant and Maintenance Chief @ Naval Weapons Station Seal Beach. Following my time in the Marine Corps, and subsequent graduation from CSULA's Business Administration program, I landed at Amazon as a Operations Manager for LGB7 in Colton - here I was able to exercise my talents as a high-impact, empathetic leader, improving distribution workflows, company culture, and providing mentorship to direct reports and peers alike. Today, I am a graduate of Coding Dojo's Full-Stack Developer program, and am now an individual contributor at SyngerSoft Labs, responsible for back-end functionality.
