I am responsible for delivering and embedding key IT systems and processes within the business, enabling Crossrail to obtain required railway operational licence, key projects include: Enterprise Content Management (ECM) System (£1.1m and 12 personnel): ➤ Delivered a comprehensive document control system (OpenText – Content Server) hosting all Crossrail operational assets documentation. ➤ Engaged widely with multiple stakeholders due to the eventual wider usage of the system. ➤ Implementation of document management guidelines and processes which are being adhered to across the Crossrail organisation. Access Control System (£1.96m and 25 personnel) : ➤ Currently delivering a fully automated paperless solution for access control to safety critical operational sites whereby work orders for planned maintenance are managed via e-permits. ➤ Managed project and commercial team through complex tender process while reporting to Crossrail senior management due to criticality of system to railway maintenance. ➤ Project involves the management of two third party suppliers as well as internal resources. Elizabeth Line Shift Planning & Rostering (£250k and 12 personnel): ➤ Responsible for implementing solution to enable rostering of maintenance and operational staff by June 2018. ➤ Managing three independent development teams in a collaborative environment to deliver an integrated solution consisting of SAP, IBM Maximo and a bespoke workforce planning tool.
