I’m a Software Engineer at Jaguar Land Rover with a background in machine learning and a strong focus on data-driven problem solving. Day to day, I work across Python, SQL, C++, and MATLAB/Simulink, and I’ve built experience deploying software on AWS and Docker, setting up CI/CD pipelines, and optimizing software for performance and scale. Holding an MSc. Computer Science (Machine Learning), I bring solid quantitative and analytical skills and experience. I enjoy applying machine learning, quantitative methods and data engineering to deliver efficient production-ready solutions, and I’m always looking to push my technical skills further and take on complex challenges. With my extensive experience in project management and fluency in four languages: English, Arabic, French, and a professional level of Spanish - I am not only a valuable team member but also an effective leader.
Demonstrated Haskell in labs of +100 undergraduate students taking CS30190 - Functional Programming, and carried out weekly individual tutoring sessions for 2 students (completed with 79% and 88% overalls)
Researched Ethereum and layer 2 scaling (Polygon) to implement into NoCode platform for clients, and automated smart contracts simulating possible client transactions in Solidity on the Ethereum blockchain. These contracts were deployed to the Goerli Testnet with Javascript (Hardhat) before being pushed to production to be used with real ETH by clients.
