As People and Culture Manager, I oversee the full spectrum of the organization’s people operations, both internally and externally. This includes leading the development and execution of HR strategy, managing internal processes, and driving end-to-end talent acquisition across all business units. I also oversee FoodPloy, FHSA’s workforce and recruitment services arm, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with client needs. In this role, I provide consultation support to external clients on workforce development, contribute to building a strong organizational culture, and support staff development and performance management systems. My work is focused on strengthening FHSA’s internal team and delivering impactful talent solutions across our network. As Chief of Staff, I support the CEO by coordinating senior management and Board activities, translating strategy into execution, strengthening governance processes, and ensuring that organizational priorities and risks are effectively tracked and addressed.
