In 2018, I built a health and fitness start-up brand, static. A boutique spin studio in central London. I raised equity funding multiple times, as well as utilising non-traditional routes for financing. So, understand the challenges of raising startup finance intimately, especially for a pre-revenue business in challenging times! I exited static in 2022. I did an Executive MBA at London Business School, graduating in 2015, where I specialised in entrepreneurship, behavioural economics and entrepreneurial finance. After graduating, I gained a place in the LBS startup incubator "The House". Before LBS, I was sales director for Linroyale in the fresh-food industry, supplying potatoes to UK food service and retail. I have experience in sales, marketing, branding and ops for growth. As well as a deep understanding of family business challenges.
