Assisted luxury brands such as Prada and Ralph Lauren in warehouse stock management, breaking down deliveries as they arrived and performing stock takes, I also prepared deliveries to be sent offsite.
Seasonal contract over winter which was their busiest time of year, meaning time management was key. Sold high-value outdoor apparel in a luxury retail environment, requiring in depth product knowledge including the manufacturing process and performance features. Consistently contributed to the stores daily targets through confident upselling and cross-selling of complementary products. Answered customer phone calls in order to assist with their queries and build rapport with regular customers, whilst also maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Managed end-to-end delivery coordination across multiple luxury retail partners and VIP clients, ensuring accuracy and a damage-free, premium handover experience. Led and supervised a team of 12 runners, coordinating schedules and priorities to maintain consistency, whilst liasing with high-end retail brands to streamline connections.
Represented multiple luxury brands ( Holland Cooper, Ralph Lauren, Lacoste) along with assisting in a number of other events, for example; Overseeing high profile networking events in venues such as the Ashmolean museum in Oxford, and assisting when needed in the British Racing Drivers Club at silverstone. Coordinated the first iteration of the handsfree team before the contract changed hands, also assisting in the transition from company to company, and training the new team.
