ISALYS AUGMENTED MANAGEMENT (IAM) is an organization and management consulting firm dedicated to delivering enhanced performance. We provide “augmented management solutions” to help companies boost their performance during transformation projects and transition phases. Beside my engagement for IAM, I am passionate horse riding and spend most of my free time in jumping competitions.

Harmonie Group is a Real Estate service provider that helps property management associations with a wide range of sustainable maintenance and financial services. 2015/16 Turnover: 18 M€ / 52 people. Joined as Company Secretary, in charge of various support processes such as legal and regulatory issues, Insurance programs management, HR, litigation, inter alia.
Matis is Innovation & high tech engineering consulting firm providing a wide range of services to automotive, energy, aerospace, railways, finance and telecom sectors. Matis is an international group with operations in 6 countries. VP, COMEX member, in charge of the whole support processes including HR, IT, Quality, Procurement, Real Estate, Legal (M&A) and all corporate matters.
- Leading the legal team (3 managers) for all legal issues: M&A, Financing (LBO, 1 Billion Euros securitization program), Corporate, secretary of the board of directors, day to day legal issues; - Responsible for Group insurance program (60,000 vehicles insured) | managed a team of 12 people; - Litigation: managed about 40 M€ of bad debt | supervised a dedicated team of 3 people.
