Positive, driven, and innovative leader with over two decades of experience in safety and security technologies across the Asia-Pacific region. As Managing Director of CEIA Pacific Pty Ltd, the regional subsidiary of CEIA S.p.A., I oversee operations, strategy, and business development across Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. CEIA is a global leader in advanced detection systems, and my focus is on delivering high-performance screening technologies that protect people, assets, and infrastructure. My career began in law enforcement with the French National Police, providing a strong foundation in security, risk, and public safety. Over the past 20 years, I’ve specialised in detection technologies including metal detection, X-ray systems, ground search detectors, body scanners, and counter-drone solutions, working with governments, airports, law enforcement, and event venues throughout the region. I’ve led projects supporting major international events such as the G20 Summit (Brisbane 2014), the Commonwealth Games (Gold Coast 2018), the ASEAN Summit (Bali 2023), and CHOGM 2024 (Samoa). CEIA systems are also trusted at critical sites such as the new Western Sydney Airport. My leadership style is grounded in strategic vision, operational discipline, and a people-first approach. I believe in empowering teams, fostering distributor capability through training and collaboration, and ensuring long-term customer success. I hold an Executive MBA from AGSM @ UNSW, a Bachelor of Business (Marketing) from ACU, and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Asian Studies from Murdoch University. I am a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and currently serve as President of Share the Spark, a youth non-profit helping young people discover their passion and purpose through mentorship.
