Olivier Blais is the Co-founder and VP Artificial Intelligence of Moov AI, a Publicis Groupe company and a Canadian leader in artificial intelligence and data solutions, having led strategic AI initiatives for over 100 clients across the country. A prominent figure in international AI standardization, Olivier is the Project Leader of the ISO standard on the quality of AI systems, where he led a team of 50 experts from various countries. He also serves as Chair of the Canadian Mirror Committee on AI at ISO/IEC, ensuring that Canadian expertise has a strong influence on global AI governance efforts. He is also Co-Chair of the Government of Canada’s Advisory Council on Artificial Intelligence, a strategic role aimed at shaping national decisions on the technological, ethical, and economic dimensions of AI.
