Oversees technology & information related matters, ensuring the right technology, people, and process considerations are made on all projects in order to ensure holistic value is added to all projects and clear tangible measurable benefits are received by the client Key responsibilities • Lead - Digital and Project Management Solutions Architecture • Provide Strategic direction on all technological considerations at both a holdings and subsidiaries level, including managing of all company licenses and IT infrastructure • Conceptualization and accountable for the design of technological solutions developed internally for both client and internal purposes • Provide guidance on opportunities to increase efficiencies across all subsidiaries and their respective projects through the leveraging of managerial consulting skills coupled with technological enablers • ICT Skills based training identification, occasional facilitation and organization capacitation • Provide technical sign-off on all ICT acquisitions • Grow technological service offerings of the organization • Identify, qualify, sign-on and onboard local and international strategic technical partners in the main AR/VR, Machine Learning Predictive Analytics, data warehousing, Telemedicine and RPA RPA • Responsible for introducing the RPA Capabilities within company (Primary focus on UiPath at both a developer and business analyst level • Responsible for conducting strategic needs-based assessment with clients and leading the conceptualization, design and providing key customer experience related implementation guidance in working with RPA dev teams • Working directly with Lead RPA Developer across RPA and customer Life Journey to remove friction of adoption and ensure wholistic value being delivered to client • Developed several POVs and POC for back-office functionality and bridging the gap between non- smart and smart solutions
