      Specialist in strategic oil storage infrastructures. Noven owns and operates strategic infrastructure in the downstream oil sector in Northern France, and is therefore a key player involved with the handling and storage of crude and refined petroleum product to meet market demand in the country. Unique strategic position and independant market leader in France. Noven comprises three separate business interests: 1. The foremost and leading provider of crude oil handling and storage at the port of Le Havre. CIM (“Compagnie Industrielle et Maritime SNC”) also dominates refined product handling and storage at Le Havre, with a market share of c. 78% of refined product storage capacity (exc. chemicals, mineral & vegetable oil additives). 2. Distribution depots represent local, unique infrastructures with high capacity booking rates (in excess of 90%), and are strategically positioned near delivery points to minimise transport costs. Noven’s depots benefit from direct connection to Trapil pipeline infrastructure, which makes the handling and storage of the product more cost effective for customers. 3. Prime shareholder with a 49.7% stake in Trapil (“Société des Transports Pétroliers par Pipeline”) which dominates the market for transport of refined products by pipeline in Northern France, with a market share of c. 80% and an exclusive position for the Parisian area and the two major international airports.
