- Scientist in the business technology team panel / pattern plating focusing on providing global solution for the metallization of substrate for printed circuit board (PCB) and package substrate. Involvement in different projects: - Development of new processes / electrolytes / additives for the electrodeposition of copper under DC and pulse plating application. - Understanding of the interaction between different additives from a copper plating bath. - Development of a new analytical method for the monitoring of organic components in copper plating baths as well as its implementation into worldwide Techcentres.
- Participation in a research project (Solar2Fuel) as postodoctoral scientist involving industrial partners (EnBW AG, BASF SE) as well as universities (KIT and Heidelberg University). - The main goal of the project was the development of a new technology for the conversion of CO2 into Methanol using sun light and functionalized semiconductor-nanoparticles. - The main scope of my study was to understand and characterize the critical steps involved in the photocatalytic CO2 reduction using physical and chemical methods. - Responsible for the development, progress and reporting.
Participation in different research projects as postdoctoral scientist at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). The main scope of work was the nanoscale investigation of electrodeposited metals (Ru, Ga, Ni, Fe...) as well as compound semiconductor (ZnSb, AlSb) from ionic liquids.
