Achievements: Ensure implementation, setup and management of the AMG Performance Center, one of the 400 exclusive outlets worldwide. Communicate both passion and enthusiasm for high performance and provide all premium clients with a high profile retail experience thanks to business development, teams’ training and a service oriented approach.
After a fruitful experience in various renown event management firms, I decided to follow a couple of multinationals willing to work with my dedicated team for the overall organization of their conferences and incentive international events. The first year of operations showed an extremely promising future until the first large 5’000 people event was cancelled because of the 2000 net economy slump. Thanks to a strict costs controlling process, the firm easily went through this economic global chaos and won a few middle-sized events.
