as bartender you need to be well organised and capable of working in a high-stress environment. This is something i have learned during my time working as a bartender. In addition to this, I have learned how to make things work for me and how to be more efficient.
This job involved working with mentally disabled people. It has taught me to be more patient and understanding. Working here was sometimes challenging, due to things not going as smoothly as wanted. Yet we have always managed to overcome adversities and learn from them. This job has also benefitted my leadership and team building abilities.
I have worked as a volunteer at football club AFC Quick 1890. I was the trainer of o-10 2. This work involved weekly training sessions and a match on Saturday. This work has taught me how to be more autonome and how to set an example for children. It has contributed massively to my leadership abilities. being the coach of a team means being and setting an example while creating a more advanced football team.
