Member of the executive committee, responsible for industrial strategy, technical department development, digitalization initiatives and organizational performance. Managed 35-40 engineers and technicians across catalyst, energy, R&D, planning, logistics and workshop activities, with 6-7 direct reports. Owned annual OPEX/CAPEX budgets in the EUR 3-4 M range and led QHSE, planning and cost control across the technical department. Recruited, developed and reorganized teams while strengthening departmental performance, execution discipline and cross-functional coordination.
Led start-up, operations and technical assistance activities for the Clean Fuels, Bio, Olefins & Gas business unit. Managed a team of 10 specialists and planned international assignments and technical support resources. Used customer and field feedback to support technology improvement priorities and reinforce start-up readiness and operational support.
Served as start-up manager on client sites from pre-commissioning through performance guarantee testing. Led international start-up teams of 2-9 people across Brazil, Uruguay, the Philippines, South Korea, China, Russia, Belarus, Poland, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Germany and Italy. Supported commissioning, ramp-up and client training for FCC gasoline desulfurization, esterification, oligomerization, hydrogenation and hydrotreating technologies.
