I am the Regional Services Director for Temenos in the Middle East and Africa, leading our delivery organization across the region and overseeing the successful implementation of Temenos solutions for banks and financial institutions. I manage a multi-million-dollar (tens of millions) P&L and a team of more than 100 experts, ensuring client success through disciplined execution, strategic engagement, and long-term partnership. For more than a decade, I have been driving digital banking transformation across Asia and MEA — helping banks modernize their core platforms, adopt cloud capabilities, accelerate time-to-market, and reinvent their customer experience. I work closely with CEOs, COOs, CIOs, and board-level stakeholders to shape strategy, de-risk execution, and ensure measurable outcomes. Prior to Temenos, I spent over eight years in Hong Kong, leading major transformation programs across Asia, including the launch from scratch of a digital bank, and gaining deep insight into one of the most dynamic and innovative banking environments in the world. My earlier experience includes consulting, complex technology delivery, and transformation leadership — always focused on execution excellence and client value.
