- Management of the operational team throughout the country - Specific analysis to lead the business in line with the yearly and monthly forecast - Performance review to the board of directors and store managers - Financial monitoring of company’ strategies (Commercial or other specifics actions) - Financial Planning - Assessment of investment projects (Payback, ROI, ROE…) - Follow up of the day to day gross margin and discrepancies analysis - Monthly & yearly closing of the food and of the logistic sections - Performance review to the board of directors and store managers - Accounting treatment of Inventory - Financial monitoring of company’ strategies (Commercial or other specifics actions) - Financial Planning Fp&A: - Daily management of the operational expenditure and follow up of the discrepancies - Development of new reporting tools, - Monthly and yearly closing of Operational expenditure - Financial Planning
