- Leading the core business' transition strategy regarding to low carbon fuels, bio and synthetic fuels, hydrogen carriers…, throughout the comprehensive range of concerned fields: Sustainable and resilient business model definition, Finance & Subsidies, Partnering strategy, technical expertise, Legal and Sales, Permitting, Media & public relations… - Working closely and intensively with the ExCo by leading the Shadow board of the company, 7 high-potential leaders, in order to explore/implement new business (diversification & innovation) - Preparing and defending written plans, policies and procedures in front of approving authorities Current results: Detection/negotiation of various projects of several hundred million euros in progress to connect clean energy production facilities to Trapil’s transportation assets
