For 15 years I've operated at the intersection of AI, cloud, cybersecurity and commercial outcomes, building marketing and solutions marketing functions from scratch, defining product-market fit and creating the propositions, playbooks and demand engines that move pipeline. My background is in the Microsoft AI and cybersecurity ecosystem, but I think and position in customer problems. The mid-market CIO wrestling with AI readiness and adoption. Most recently that included leading the GTM engine behind our global Microsoft 365 Copilot rollout resulting in 1.8M licences and over 2k services engagements in 12 months — making SoftwareOne the #1 worldwide Copilot reseller and services deployment partner worldwide. Before that I built the marketing functions from zero to acquisition for Microsoft partners like Content and Code, FITTS and CPS. As well as Edgify - a LLM startup - I took a product from launch to £1M ARR in 7 months as VP of Marketing. I'm strategic, execution-focused and commercially minded. I look after global marketing for SoftwareOnes’s $1.1B+ multi-solution portfolio spanning Data & AI, AI at Work and Cybersecurity portfolio’s. Working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales Enablement and local Marketing teams to deliver world-class digital workplace and cybersecurity solutions to over 65,000 clients worldwide across 70 countries.
Delivering cloud, digital workplace, cybersecurity and AI modernisation services to mid-market and NGO clients across the UK and East Africa. It grew from a standing start to £18.5M revenue before being acquired as part of a wider digital transformation group. I was the first marketing hire. I built the function, the strategy and the demand engine from scratch - as a member of the leadership team, sitting alongside Sales and reporting to the CEO. Built FITTS' first scalable demand generation engine, delivering consistent MQL growth across cloud, modern work, cybersecurity and IP solutions. Launched integrated multi-channel campaigns across content, events, ABM, digital and partner co-marketing — accelerating pipeline and brand visibility in both the UK and East Africa.
Edgify was an AI/ML startup delivering edge intelligence for retail, FMCG and customer experience — operating across the UK, EMEA and the Middle East. I joined as VP of Marketing with full P&L responsibility, reporting to the board and investors. Built the marketing function, the GTM motion and the content infrastructure from zero. £1M ARR in 7 months. Built multi-channel GTM across PR, ABM, events and inbound digital. Led and developed a team of four. Influenced product direction through early customer insights and adoption data.
Content and Code was a Microsoft cloud solutions partner serving Financial Services, Legal, Media, Public Sector and Construction clients across the UK. I joined the leadership team reporting directly to the CEO, a £1M+ budget and a marketing and alliances team of seven. My focus: turn marketing from a cost centre into a revenue engine. We did. Increased SQLs by 38% and generated £3.8M in incremental revenue in the first 8 months. Unified CRM across Sales and Marketing for the first time - creating a single view of pipeline and shifting the conversation from outputs to commercial outcomes. Built and led a high-performing team of seven across demand generation, content, events and alliances.
