Investigated and resolved 100+ cases of alleged student misconduct including cases related to alcohol, drugs, hazing, and other code violations. Met with 250+ students and witnesses, gathered and assessed evidence, determined credibility, and prepared investigation reports resulting in increased case closure. Developed, implemented, and facilitated 5 trainings on university policies and procedures for university and community constituents.
Plan and implement multiple campus-wide prospective student events, reaching 3500+ prospective students and their families. Correspond effectively and answer 500+ inquiries from students and guidance counselors about the admissions process and documents required for admissions. Communicate effectively with applicants and guidance counselors about the Admissions process. Compile comprehensive marketing material to help inform students and families about the university and its organizations.
Worked with HEB Wellness Call Center leadership team to research, develop, and implement a business plan to create a best-in-class call center. Researched equipment, customer service training opportunities, and software to improve call center outcomes. Identified stakeholders in order to provide clear communication during project progress meetings. Coordinated follow-up calls and informational meetings to get customer input on specific touchpoints for call center improvement.
