About

I work with senior leaders to navigate complexity with empathy, trust, and clear action. Leadership today asks a great deal of people: to make sound decisions under pressure, hold competing stakeholder expectations, build inclusive teams, and stay grounded when the environment around them is uncertain. I bring leadership experience across Europe and Asia, and across aviation, property, public transportation, commercial, HR, and leadership development roles. That breadth has shaped how I work: with a practical understanding of organisational complexity, cultural nuance, and the real pressures leaders carry. My work is grounded in honesty, empathy, and trust. I create a calm, confidential thinking space where leaders can pause, reflect, test assumptions, and explore what is really happening beneath the surface—without judgement, but not without challenge. Leaders often come to me when they are stepping into bigger roles, navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, leading through change, or trying to build teams where different perspectives are genuinely heard and translated into better decisions. Together, we work on judgement, presence, relationships, and the everyday choices that shape culture. I believe inclusion is a leadership discipline, not a slogan. It requires leaders to notice who is heard, who is missed, what assumptions are shaping the room, and how to create the conditions for people to contribute fully while still moving forward with purpose. My style is thoughtful, direct, and empathetic. I bring structure where it helps, challenge where it is needed, and care throughout. The aim is not polished leadership language, but meaningful action that feels authentic, grounded, and sustainable. My practice is supported by formal coaching accreditation, continuous professional development, and years of senior leadership experience across sectors and cultures. If this resonates, I welcome a conversation about your leadership context, your goals, and whether coaching may be helpful.
