Streamlined recruiting processes for executive and intern positions, strengthening future talent acquisition and engagement within DHS. Collaborated with the Analytics, Technology, and Planning team to design and implement intern engagement initiatives that fostered professional development and equitable service delivery. Utilized departmental analytics to inform programming decisions and support data-driven strategies for improved community outcomes.
