· Founder and owner of UpDog Kombucha, the first Winston-Salem based kombucha brand (acquired by Community Brewing Ventures (dba Bevana) in February 2021). · Developed every level of the brand’s supply chain from scratch and designed a formal manufacturing facility. · Led product and flavor development for 8 products in conjunction with running market research and viability tests. Managed customer experience feedback and implemented it into UpDog Kombucha’s growth strategy. · Produced over 2000 gallons of kombucha a month, selling in over 180 locations including grocery stores, universities, breweries, restaurants, coffee shops, and fitness studios. · Created distribution routes/strategy, including building 2 off-site satellite cold-storage distribution centers in Charlotte and Raleigh. · Developed a new direct sales channel when 50% of existing accounts disappeared during COVID. Successfully shifted the business and quickly pivoted to an e-commerce platform.
