As an analyst for Banc of California’s Boston-based Life Sciences Venture Banking team, I contribute to initiatives that support innovation in biotech, pharmaceuticals, and medical technologies. My work in life sciences venture banking has shown me how business and finance can be used to amplify solutions that improve health equity and reduce barriers to care. At this stage in my career, I’m eager to connect with others working to support innovation that puts people first – driving progress while ensuring no one is left behind.
