About

Working as both a researcher and science storyteller, I've studied invasive bullfrogs in the San Francisco Bay Area, interviewed citizen scientists across the state of Maine, and caught fish at midnight in the Panama Canal. My work has appeared in Mongabay, Smithsonian Voices, The Bitter Southerner, The Working Waterfront Newspaper, Park Science Magazine, and more. I also created and produced season one of Acadia National Park’s official narrative science podcast, Sea to Trees. I'm passionate about telling a diverse array of personal stories in science and conservation to further equity, justice, and care for the natural world.
